Utah: Vote No on Amendment A - Protect Public Education and School Libraries
UPDATE: On October 9, 2024, the 3rd Judicial District Court ruled that Amendment A was invalid. The measure was not published in a state newspaper 60 days prior to the election as required by the state constitution. Although the measure would be printed on ballots, votes on the measure would not be counted.

This proposed constitutional amendment seeks to dismantle a long-standing mandate that safeguards funding for public education in Utah—something that will negatively impact our schools and school libraries, which rely on stable educational systems for collaborative programming and services.
